Great food

Definitely a must, if you want Japanese traditional/authentic food. My wife is from Japan and "really enjoyed". I have been there several time and I agree. In Japan it would cost less, but we are not in Japan. Enjoy Japan here! 😎

The best Japanese restaurant in Texas！No doubt！

En Japanese Restaurant is absolutely amazing and a hidden gem in Frisco right off the Dallas North Tollway. My husband and I have been going there since it first opened and have been going back ever since. Jim is such an incredibly talented chef and his food is impeccable. If you have ever been to Japan this is as close as you can get to authentic Japanese food. They are currently open for takeout and I highly recommend trying it out and supporting a local business. We love the assorted sashimi, the flounder carpaccio and if you love toro, it’s incredible. He may have limited items if you call to pickup immediately. We call ahead in the afternoon and he has it ready for us that evening. Support local and have some amazing Japanese food in the convenience of your home. It tastes just as good at home as if he just served you over the sushi counter!

This is the most authentic Japanese Restaurant in the Dallas area. Great fresh authentic food prepared by a true Japanese Chef (No Korean Imitators). The service is great as well. We lived in Japan for Many years was Pleasantly surprised at how good this restaurant is.

Authentic Japanese cuisine.

Our experience is mixed. The first two times were very good. Tonight, not so much. The sashimi was waterlogged. Rather than offering us something else or a reduction, he kept saying how fresh it was. We ordered sashimi and out of the fifteen pieces (3 orders, salmon, yellowtail and albacore) we ended up leaving 5 pieces. Not acceptable. I understand an off night but not when dinner totals $100.

This place always delivers. They have awesome dishes for fair rates, there are no long waits even when the spot is packed.

This is a top Japanese sushi restaurant in DFW. It is authentic, which means it will be high quality and therefore a bit pricier. That said - don’t let that deter you! Definitely stop by when you are in the mood for a lovely evening in a quaint and family run business. The staff is very polite and timely, the sushi chef is top class, the menu is extensive and even has some izakaya options.

Lunch was very reasonably priced, from $8 noodles to $20 sushi combo. Pork cutlet meal was $15. Comes with chawanmushi, egg based steamed dish. The flan for dessert was really good, not too sweet.

Simply the very best Japanese food around:) Miso soup the best I ever tasted! My veggie Tempura was light n delicious! Our son is visiting us from Sanfrancisco. He was saying their Sushi is the best ever he tastedin Texas! Desserts are delicious! I would rather eat quality food instead of just quantity. Shiwase in Allen serves Veggie Tempura heavily coated n oily. Our son and dad ate many types of sushi. Quality of food at EN Japanese Restaurant is next to none!

En is a nice intimate location for enjoying sushi and various Japanese fare. The owner is ever-present behind the sushi bar and always brings an atmosphere of joy and warmth.

This place was great. Not all the ingredients from Japan are here but pretty close to it. Considering that this place is in Texas its pretty authentic. Come and try.

Always an amazing experience here! Traditional Japanese restaurant in DFW. A small intimate location with super fresh fish & great service. Highly recommend for your Japanese fix in DFW. Everything on the menu is great and you can never go wrong with the Omakase here.
